I build and run complex projects at the intersection of law, media, and business.

I am a lawyer and former broadcast producer who builds and operates complex media and business projects from pre-launch through live broadcast, working at the intersection of law, storytelling, and execution in high-pressure, public-facing environments.

I was part of the founding team behind a new professional sports league, supporting broadcast partnerships, sponsorships, licensing, and legal strategy through launch. Earlier, I produced live national television at NBC Sports, where I developed editorial judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to make fast, accurate decisions on air.

I specialize in translating between creative, business, and legal teams, synthesizing complex information into clear strategy, and executing when the stakes are high and the clock is real.

I think like a producer, operate like a builder, and execute like a lawyer.
